Description:
Bondtech Latex is a polymeric latex additive specially formulated for use as a bonding agent, primer and water-resistant sealer. Just mix 1 part of Bondtech Latex with 1 part of ordinary Portland cement to get a strong bonding strength, adhesion and water-resistant cement mortar for rendering, screeding and plastering on building concrete surface.
To mix with ordinary Portland cement to :
- Increase adhesion, flexural and tensile strength
- Increase the resistance to abrasion
- Reduce water permeability/water resistant
WHERE TO USE
- For stronger floor screeds or improved flexibility and resistance to cracking
- As an additive to repair mortars for patching and filling
- As a bonding agent for rendering, tile fixing and masonry joining mortar
- As a bonding grout between old and new concrete
