UV Resistant Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating
BAOMA Flexipruf 200 is a high performance water-based liquid rubber membrane reinforced with micro fiber for superb tensile strength. It is specially designed to eliminate blistering and wrinkling which may occur in exposed or under immersion conditions. It provides a fully bonded homogeneous membrane and waterproofing barrier with no laps or joints, almost zero water vapor permeability.
It is not affected by Ultra-Violet or temperature extremes and does not become brittle with age, making it ideally used as exposed waterproofing coating for flat roof, roof tiles & RC gutters, planter boxes, floor slabs, balcony, external wall and concrete structures. It also can be applied as a sealing solution to seal cracks on joint walls, ceiling and roofing.
