Our latest project at Taman Permaipura, Sungai Petani, designed for Mr. Saiful and his wife, is a perfect example of how thoughtful design can blend timeless charm with modern functionality. With the expert guidance of our design consultant, Zoey Tan, from our Sungai Petani branch, we brought their dream kitchen to life — a space where beauty meets practicality, and every detail speaks to their personal taste.
From Concept to Completion
Mr. Saiful and his wife envisioned a kitchen that was warm, welcoming, and filled with character. From the very beginning, they knew they wanted a space that would be both functional and reflect their love for traditional design elements. Our team worked closely with them to create a layout that would meet their needs while incorporating the classic features they adored.

The kitchen features soft beige cabinetry and natural wood textures, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere. The layout is both bright and functional, with every element designed to maximize space while maintaining an aesthetic that feels timeless. The farmhouse sink, a key feature requested by Mr. Saiful and his wife, now takes center stage. This classic element beautifully ties together the kitchen’s warm, rustic charm with modern functionality.
