Surface Preparation
1. Remove all loose, defective paint or powdery residues. this involves any algae growth and powdery surface.
2. Smoothen the putty areas with sandpapers.
3. Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned thoroughly and dry, it must be free from dirt, prior to painting. For any surface that required patching, please do so first.
4. Avoid painting when the moisture content as the alkalinity of the walls are still high.
