Installation Steps

Prepare the Area

Joist Installation

-
Starter Clip Installation
Install starter clips (EX010) on the first joist, then slide and secure the first decking board.
-
Board Installation
Use middle clips (EX011) to maintain a 2mm gap between boards for drainage and thermal expansion. Secure each board step by step.
-
Cut & Adjust
Trim boards if needed and leave 1–3mm expansion gaps at board ends depending on length and temperature.
-
Edge Finishing
Install L-Profile (14A1) or Fascia Board (14A2) for a clean, professional finish.
-
Final Check
Ensure all boards are properly fixed, level, and expansion gaps are in place.
