JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Min3years’ experience in a related field is required

* Able to communicate inMandarin, English & Hokkien

* Able to Multi-task and properly arrange work schedule.

* Able to complete tasks on time.

* Proficiency in AUTO CAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3D Max / Sketch Up

JOB SCOPES:

* Passionate in design

* Well communication with clients, vendors, and team

* Prepare conceptual drawings, conceptual designs, construction drawings & site inspection

* Prepare quotations for clients and ensure full workflow is followed

* To meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work

* Able to arrange construction works with high site issue solving skill

POSITION 2: SITE MANAGER

We are looking for an experiencedSite Supervisorto supervise construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Able to communicate inMandarin, English & Hokkien

* At least2years of working experience is required for this position.

* Experienced in site management and relationship with all levels.

* Having experience working in contractor firm is an advantage.

* Able to work long hours under pressure environment.

* With Own transport

* Possesses strong credibility for problem solving skill, detail-oriented and committed to work and task.

* A highly motivated team player with strong influence to surrounding, interpersonal and communication.

JOB SCOPES:

* To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the renovation construction / installation works.

* Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.

* To carry out all materials / product receiving, handling & storage in accordance with the SOP.

* Check and inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and plans.

* Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified / passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.

* Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site.

* Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Senior Designer.

* To ensure all the construction / installation at site shall follows / base on the approved works programme by client.

* Attend sub-contractors’ coordination meetings, and technical meetings as and when required.
