Directions for Use
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or wax.
Clean surfaces using alcohol, M.E.K. or other suitable solvent. Do not use soap or detergent.
Apply masking tape along the joint area for a neat finish. Remove tape before the sealant skins.
Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle according to the required bead size.
Apply sealant evenly into the joint.
Smooth the sealant within the working time.
Uncured sealant can be cleaned using mineral spirits.
Safety & Precautions
• Product releases methanol during curing.
• May cause allergic skin reaction.
• Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
• Avoid breathing vapour.
• Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing.
• Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after use.
• Contaminated work clothing should not be taken outside the workplace.
• If on skin: Wash immediately with plenty of water.
Caution
Do not apply excessive sealant onto surfaces as hardened sealant may be difficult to remove.
Storage
• Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C
• Shelf life: 12 months from production date
