PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SikaShield® P24 MG 4.5 kg/m² is a premium APP modified bituminous torch-applied waterproofing membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric and finished with a durable mineral granule surface. Designed for exposed roofing applications, it provides long-lasting waterproof protection, excellent UV resistance, and outstanding durability for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It is suitable for both new construction and roof refurbishment projects.

The mineral granule finish allows the membrane to be permanently exposed to sunlight without requiring an additional protective coating. Its APP modified bitumen formulation offers excellent flexibility at low temperatures, high heat resistance, and superior mechanical strength, enabling it to withstand harsh weather conditions while maintaining reliable waterproof performance. The underside is protected with a burn-off polyethylene film for fast and efficient torch-on installation.

SikaShield® P24 MG 4.5 kg/m² is widely used as the exposed cap sheet in multi-layer waterproofing systems for flat roofs, sloped roofs, balconies, terraces, roof decks, gutters, and other exposed waterproofing areas. It provides a fully bonded waterproof barrier that protects structures against rainwater infiltration and UV exposure while extending the service life of the roof system.
