Sika MonoTop®-412 MY is a premium single-component, fibre reinforced, low-shrinkage structural repair mortar designed for the repair and restoration of damaged concrete structures. Classified as an R4 structural repair mortar in accordance with EN 1504-3, it provides high compressive strength, excellent adhesion, and outstanding durability for both hand-applied and wet spray applications. It is ideal for repairing concrete in buildings, bridges, infrastructure, car parks, tunnels, and industrial structures.

Its superior workability allows application on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces, with a layer thickness ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm in a single application. The fibre-reinforced formulation minimizes shrinkage and cracking while delivering excellent mechanical strength and low permeability, helping restore structural integrity and extend the service life of concrete elements.

Sika MonoTop®-412 MY is suitable for repairing spalled concrete, restoring damaged reinforced concrete, increasing concrete cover, and carrying out structural strengthening works.
